As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your shipping status, carrier and tracking number. We recommend placing the Domain Name NutritionLeaders.com or the email address Sales@ NutritionLeaders.com on to your email white list to ensure that you receive notification that your item/s have shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking numbers from UPS to show real-time data as their system does not update until the package has received its first scan at the UPS facility.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, all U.S. military bases, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories. At this time, we do not ship to international locations due to the high cost, time delays and high rate of fraud. However, if you have a special situation that you would like to inquire about, please contact Customer Service. We’re sorry that we can’t serve everybody at this time.
If a product is in stock, it will be usually be shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm EST. At the very latest, it will be shipped the next day. In some instances, we may not have one of more of your products in immediate stock. Usually, this results in a 24 hour delay. If the delay is going to be more than 24-36 hours, we will notify you via email and give you our best estimate of your ship date. It is rare that we have an order that is held for more than 1 day before shipping. We try our best to communicate with you at all stages of the process.
Transit time is determined by the carrier . Please note that we generally count only business days when calculating transit times. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and weekends should not be calculated into transit days. USPS is the only carrier that delivers on Saturdays.We will always select the carrier that we feel will get you your shipment in the least possible time. For instance, if we’re shipping something on Thursday with a 2 day expected transit time, we’ll ship it USPS in order to get it to your location on Saturday.

We ship with the best carriers in the business. Normally All orders under 2 lbs ship USPS and all orders over 2 lbs ship ups. APO, Us Military orders always ship USPS.

Please note: USPS shipping (Priority Mail and First Class) does not have a real-time tracking system. Instead, you will only be able to see when your package left our dock and we’ll be able to see a delivery confirmation when you receive it (in other words, it’s not door-to-door like the premium carriers).
If you made a mistake and need to change the address on your package, check with us to see if we’ve shipped it out. If we have not yet shipped it, we will be happy to make the change for you even if that means pulling it from our warehouse dock and re-printing a label for you. If it has shipped, however, we may not be able to do anything until the package arrives at the original destination. In-transit change requests typically cost us $10 (which we charge to you) and delay shipment by 2-3 days.
Our warehouse reserves the right to ship you the same exact product you ordered in the quantity you ordered in more than one bottle in the rare case that the specific product you ordered is not in stock. For example, if you order a ‘180 cap’, we may ship you two 90 caps in order to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We do this to serve you better and we usually try to include extras for you when we do. You’re getting exactly what you paid for – the product itself – along with an extra bottle to use for spare pennies.
If the shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or the United States Postal Service) experiences a service delay, there is nothing we can do about it! Please contact them directly and ask them what’s going on with your package. If they fail to meet a service guarantee, we can not re-ship product or refund you for your entire order. We can, however, request a refund from the carrier. Call us and let us know that there was a service delay (for instance, you ordered UPS Next Day Air and UPS took two days to get it to you from the time that it was shipped). We’ll submit a claim with the carrier. It typically takes 3-4 weeks before we are reimbursed for the cost of shipping. Sometimes, the carrier has to investigate; other times, they simply send a reimbursement. Once we receive the reimbursement, we’ll credit your account and send you an email notifying you that your reimbursement has been credited.
By default, NutritionLeaders ships all packages in a plain box with a shipping label that identifies that shipper as, NutritionLeaders and lists our return address. That’s it. This means that sexual enhancement products are shipped discretely just like any other supplement. We have never had a complaint. If you have any special requests in regards to the shipment of certain products, please contact customer service and we will gladly accommodate you.
Sometimes, you may have two orders on our system. Hey, it happens. You place an order for one thing and realize you forgot something. Or maybe you placed an order for yourself and forgot to order something for your spouse (and they let you hear it). No problem! Give us a call. We’ll combine them into one box at your request, reduce your shipping charge, and credit your account for the difference.
